Get some flowers on the cheap

If you have ever, or will ever buy anything online, you need to visit Coupon Chief first. With Valentine’s Day coming up, you might want to check the 1-800-Flowers coupons they’ve got there. I’m always amazed at the great deals that Coupon Chief always has. I don’t see how you can buy anything online with checking with them first. It just doesn’t make sense…well, unless you just plain like spending more money than you have to.

One week down...

So, I have officially finished my first week at the new job. I have to tell you, I think I made the right choice. It was a little bit sketchy at first, but now that I'm a week in, I think it was the right move. I am getting an office sometime in the next week or two, and while my boss knows where it is, she isn't telling me. She did say that I will be happy with it though. So, if she thinks I'll be happy with it, then I'm sure I will be. I've never actually had an office before, so I'm actually really happy that I'm getting one at all. I mean, I've had a temporary office that I've worked in for a bit because something I was doing required it, but I've never had an office for no other reason than I deserved one or that one came with the job. I'm thrilled!

Get flowers delivered to her and be her hero.

Everyone wants to give flowers to their girlfriends, wives, mothers, loved ones…but who wants to actually go to a florist and pick out flowers? Nobody, that’s who. So, you opt for online flower delivery. I mean, why wouldn’t you? You can pick your flowers online through a certified FTD online florist and they deliver nationwide. There’s no reason for you to ever step into an actual brick and mortar florist shop again. Oh, here’s a little hint too. Have the flowers delivered to her work. Girls like flowers, sure, but what they like more is the attention of getting them. They don’t get nearly any attention, if any at all, if you deliver them to her house. Deliver them to her work and you’ll be her hero.

A new keyboard!

So, I was having problems typing on my new computer. It was sort of semi-freezing up every once in a while. I thought it was everything, but it turns out it was just while typing. It would hold on a key or the space every once in a while, which resulted in repeated letters or spaces. So, before I tore apart my computer thinking it was bad memory or something else causing the virtual hiccup, I decided to test the keyboard first. So I bought a new keyboard and it seems to be working fine. I bought the Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard 2000. You know what, I really like it, but I have two problems with it as well. The first being that it has no palm rest, so it's not very comfortable to type on straight out of the box. This can be easily fixed by purchasing a palm rest, which I'll do tomorrow. The second thing, and I don't know if this can be fixed or not. I may swing by Office Depot and try their display model to see if it does this too. The space bar clicks pretty loud. It's loud enough that it's very distracting to me. I'm going batty listening to it right now. None of the other keys click like this. The other keys make that keyboard key pressed sound, but the space bar sounds like two pieces of plastic clicking together. I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to sound like this. If I test the display model and it doesn't do it, then I'll bring this one back and exchange it. I have to bring back my chair anyway. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the chair. I bought an office chair for my tiny little home office. The thing broke on me. So, I took it back and got a new one. This one is broken too! The other one broke because it wasn't meant to leaned back in the way I was leaning and the back snapped. So, really it was my fault. This chair is broken right out of the box. NOT MY FAULT. I can't lower or raise the chair because the little lever is broken. So, I'm taking it back again tomorrow and I think I'm going to upgrade to a different chair.

Does this mean we'll see more or less of her?

Anna Nicole Smith is dead. My wife likes watching Entertainment Tonight and she's a regular story on there. She's constantly being talked about on that show. With her death, I can't help but to wonder if we're going to see more of her or less of her. We'll probably hear a lot more about her, then it will just end. The only thing I'm curious about is that new baby of hers. I wonder if that guy looking to prove that it's his will get his paternity test now. I wonder if he even still wants it, considering that if he is named the father that he would be on Dad duty full time. Oh well, I guess we'll find out, won't we.

Don't waste money an a card, send an eCard instead!

I normally don’t send those eCard things, but there was a really funny Cupid pickup lines eCard and I couldn’t resist. They’ve got some really funny eCards on Egreetings.com. In this age of electronic mail, it only makes sense that someone would send or receive eCards instead of, or in addition to an old fashioned paper card. The site has a special going for their eCards in that you can send unlimited eCards for a yearly subscription for only $13.99. That’s not bad when you consider how much you’d pay for those paper cards for every holiday and birthday you would be normally buying cards for. Check it out.

Swimsuits!!!

Ok, you feel a little neglected from my week long abandonment of you. I am truly sorry. To make it up to you, I’m going to give you a little gift. A scantily clad gift, that is. On February 14th, the new Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue comes out. As well as the magazine, there are exclusive cell phone wallpapers of the SI swimsuit models available. I’m talking over 50 supermodels are featured on the site and the likeness of Carolyn Murphy and many, many others can be staring back at you in all their glory every time you answer your cell phone. These images come directly from the photo shoots featured in the magazine. The wallpapers are only $1.99 each, which for the sexy photos you get for that price, it’s a good deal. If you want to go old school, they have classic cover girls as well, like Elle Macpherson and Kathy Ireland.
Oh, I should also probably mention that you can also download video clips from the photo shoots there too; these make excellent video ringers, if you are so inclined.
So, take my special gift to you, the gift of sexy ladies in your favorite swimwear, and enjoy.
