The reluctant trouble maker...

So, apparently I caused a big ripple in the harmony of my office. My leaving is causing others to question their worth and whether or not they are being compensated for that perceived worth. My boss had to have a special meeting to try and calm everyone down and ease the tension. Who knew that my jumping ship would cause such waves.
